- Unscrew and remove both the Outer Tube and Inner Tube from the cap. Set aside the Inner Tube.
- Collect your sample using the Measuring Spoon, Textured Top, or Serrated Edge. Drop a very small amount of your sample into using the Outer Tube. Set aside.
- Hold the Inner Tube upright, and lightly squeeze the outside of the Inner Tube to break the glass and release the reagent inside the tube. Once the glass is broken, do NOT continue to squeeze the tube.
- Drop 1-2 drops of liquid into the Outer Tube. Watch the color reaction occur, and compare to the color guide or videos on our App.
- Rinse the Outer Tube. Screw the Inner Tube and Outer Tube back onto the cap.
